About us

A serious compliance firm that actually answers the phone.

Our mission

Make federal trucking compliance accessible to every carrier — owner-operators, mid-sized fleets, and the large segment of Spanish-speaking carriers historically underserved by English-only firms.

How we work

You call us, we file your paperwork, we track the renewal calendar, and we pick up the phone when something changes. That’s the whole client experience.

Behind that, we run on Ansure — a compliance operations platform we built in-house. Ansure tracks every active filing across our client base, surfaces the next 90 days of deadlines for each carrier, and flags missing documents before they become a problem. Carriers can request access at dash.ansure.io to see their own renewal calendar; we handle the work either way.

Bilingual by design

Every member of our compliance team works in English and Spanish. Documents, auto-replies, and phone support are all available in either language. No translation desk in the middle.

What we are — and aren’t

All Legacy Consulting is a transportation paralegal and compliance consulting firm. We prepare and submit FMCSA, PHMSA, and state filings on behalf of carriers, brokers, and freight forwarders. We coordinate with insurers and FMCSA so your federal filings stay current.

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. If a matter requires legal counsel — contract disputes, litigation, complex regulatory interpretation — we’ll tell you and help you find a licensed transportation attorney.

We are not an insurance agency or managing general agent. We don’t sell insurance and earn no commission from any insurer. When you need coverage, we coordinate with your licensed insurance producer and handle the federal filing side (MCS-90, BMC-91X, BMC-34) on your behalf.

Powered by Ansure

We built our own compliance operations platform.

Ansure is the in-house dashboard our specialists use to track every filing, deadline, and renewal across our client base — so nothing slips. Carriers can request access to see their renewal calendar; everyone else, we just keep on schedule in the background.
